MobilityWorks: Making the World Accessible

As an early Christmas present, I was able to pick up my van from MobilityWorks. My van was in the shop for three weeks getting tuned up.  The joystick system needed to be recalibrated.

I talked with Scott Creel and Tim Whidby at MobilityWorks about how they help people with disabilities drive independently.  The team has helped me and many others overcome the obstacles of driving.

For those with disabilities who have driving on their wish lists, the employees at MobilityWorks can help find the best solution for you.

About Tuesday Talk With Alex

Born in Charleston, SC, I was injured in a motor vehicle accident when I was nine months old. I acquired a C5-C6 spinal cord injury. I'm now 30 years old and I do not let my disability deter me from acheiving my goals and enjoying life. I will be sharing my experience of living with a spinal cord injury.
